These 15 tips can be a wonderful way to spend your day, to de-stress, and revitalize your energies for the new week!
1. tidy your space
Open the windows, let some fresh air in. Then declutter your living space. Make a pleasant atmosphere with the help of aroma candles and some music.
Your space condition is an essential part of your well-being. Make sure you’re comfortable in it as well as it motivates you.
2. make a collage/ moodboard
If you have some pretty photographs, patterns you love you can make a collage or moodboard with them!

3. watch some nature documentaries
Watch some shows about the Earth, animals, seas, forests, mountains. Learn about other cultures, civilizations, countries. There are so many interesting things to know!
Most of them are really relaxing as they involve nature sounds.
Such TV shows, especially about the Earth and space, will also help you realize how minor you and your problems are.
Meditation reduces stress, helps you to be mindful, and stay in the present moment.
To start meditating sit in a comfortable position or in a lotus pose. Close your eyes and focus on your breath.
Try to think about nothing and only feel your breath. It is normal though if your mind starts to wander or you’re getting bored.

5. do some yoga
Along with meditation yoga helps to de-stress too and lowers the level of anxiety.
And it’s really fun if you’ve never done it before, as it challenges your flexibility!
6. take care of a plant
Water some plants you already have. Or get a new one. Or buy some seeds and grow them.
Build a connection with nature through plants. They’ll help you to feel more peaceful and you’ll stop worrying about petty things.
7. plan your next week.
Write down the tasks you want to accomplish, goals, events you need to prepare to, or anything that will happen the next week.
Prepare yourself, get some to-do lists. It’ll help you to feel less confused, disorganized, and worried. Sundays are perfect to plan the next week (check out this post to know why).
8. read and memorize some poetry
Good and positive poetry feeds your soul and grows the flowers in your mind.
Memorize your favorite words or sentences to remember them always.

9. write about your week/day/month
Write down in your journal or on a piece of paper how you felt this week or day. Describe everything significant that happened and your thoughts on it. Free your mind.
10. take a shower
Take a shower. Close your eyes and imagine as the warm water washes off all negativity from your body, all stress, and worries.
Imagine golden sparkly water, as it cleanses your body, soul, and mind. It helps your soul flowers grow. Your body to stay clean. And your mind to stay beautiful.
It really works. After a shower like that, you become more positive, motivated, and less worried.
11. plan the outfits and meals for the next week
Prepare some outfits for each day. This way you’ll be less disturbed in the morning by the problem that you don’t know what to wear.
Same with the meals. Have a plan of what to eat throughout the day.
How does it help reduce stress? You’ll know that everything is prepared, organized, and everything is fine (as for me, it makes me feel safe and grounded).

12. catch the moment
Watch the clouds float in the sky if it is sunny. Watch the fish or turtle swimming in the aquarium or pond. Look at the trees as the wind shatters their leaves.
Stay in the moment. Notice the little things. Help your mind to shut off from all the problems, thoughts, and worries.
13. find some information on your dream lifestyle and set some goals
Whether you want to build a business, or start a blog, or travel somewhere, or start eating healthier, or learn a language – do the research.
Know more about the things you want. Then think about how you can accomplish them and set some damn goals! Because you deserve what you want, remember that.
14. sit in silence
Turn off everything that disturbs you. You can sit and stare at something. Or lay down on the floor.
I love lying on the floor, sometimes with the music on. It helps me with my back pain, to relax, and think about nothing.
15. do something you love and don’t care about the time
You love to bake? Try as many new recipes as you can. Love to draw? Create as many masterpieces as you can.
Dedicate even the whole day to something you love and what fuels your soul with passion.
Get these positive vibes from what you’re doing. Live in that moment. Because you will need this motivation and inspiration later in life.
