Welcome to my month mood board!!
March was crazy. In every aspect. And no. I will not talk about coronavirus stuff.
Let’s focus on something good here.
First, look how cute my BuJo for April is!
Got really inspired by these pretty minimalistic rainbows:)
- black gel pen
- My fave Stabilo Boss Pastel highlighter (so soft…)
- And my new Tombow brush pens (n.o. 942 and n75)!
The second good thing is: look at these cuties that exist on the Earth!!
I have some more on my Pinterest heheh (follow me):
In the March mood board, I said that my goal for the next month is to acquire self-discipline.
And I’m actually moving!
So I want to share some good tips with you here on how to be more self-disciplined thus more productive:
– get a planner/bullet journal.
Write there your daily tasks and set up deadlines for other to-dos.
Related: How to Start a Bullet Journal
– get rid of distractions.
Turn off your notifications, TV, phone, everything that could distract you to fully focus on a task
– download a focusing app
I love Forest. It helps when you need to get something done. It’s like a timer that helps you to focus.
– don’t give up until the work is done
This is the hardest one. There are so many temptings to just give up and get everything done tomorrow.
Next time you’re feeling you’re about to do this even if you’re not tired and still have the time. Stop, close your eyes, take a deep breath.
And say: I can get it done right now. I need to do this now and then I’ll be free. I’m completely fine and capable of doing that.
How to grow this April
– set the right goals
Take your journal/planner/or just a piece of paper and start writing what you want to achieve this month.
Then turn it into realistic goals. Under each goal write the tasks you need to do to achieve it + set some deadlines.
– become more positive
It’s advice and a sign for those who need to hear it right now. Stop being and talking so negatively about your life!
You don’t deserve it.
You deserve a better attitude to yourself, being more compassionate and at peace with yourself, and being grateful for everything you have!
You are a piece of sunshine! Discover it!
If you need help read my post on how to develop a more positive mindset.
– review your routine and habits
Are your routine and habits serve you in the best way possible?
Do you feel like you’re getting better every day?
Answer these questions. If the answers don’t satisfy you, it means that it is time for a change!
songs for April!!
All of the music that I mention in my mood boards are the songs that I loved the month before (e.g. in my March mood board there’s my favorite February music).
Sooo, during this March I discovered one of my fave artists ever (Goth Babe)!!! Do you know how it’s super rare when you love ALL the songs in an album?
And even rarer to love all the songs someone made? Ahh, this is it. That’s how I’m feeling about that.
I fell in love with his music. It feels like a good summer road trip by the ocean side with the windows down and the sky is golden and pinkish and you have your favorite people, friends with you, and it just feels so good to be alive.
And your faces are glowing because of happiness and golden hour, and you don’t even know where you’re going, you just feel the road. Like this is the first moment you felt like you’re really living…
So, my April playlist is made up mainly of Goth Babe’s songs heheh.
Anyways, here’s some of my aesthetic:)… (links to YouTube)
- Weekend Friend by Goth Babe
- Sunnnn by Goth Babe
- Like It Is by Kygo
- Her Vacation by Goth Babe
- Imaginationcy by Goth Babe
- Chateau by Petit Biscuit
- Eel Mountain by Goth Babe
- Pretend by Hovvdy
I’m sensing that April will be way way better than the previous 2020 months. At least I hope!
Anyways, thanks for reading! See you in the next post, honey!!
Have a beautiful day and life
