1. try new coffee/hot chocolate recipe at home

Try a new drink recipe at home.

It could be coffee, hot chocolate (my fave), tea, etc.

There’s nothing better than trying something for the first time and falling in love with it right away.

But if it’s not that good – there are plenty of other recipes that are waiting to be discovered by you!



2. rewatch your favorite movies

I – I can’t describe this feeling when you love a movie/show so much that you do not even care that you’ve watched it for like 100898985 times already.

Hope you can relate.

There’s a feeling of beautiful nostalgia when watching something that warms your heart and soul in a cold autumn evening…

3. close your eyes and listen to the rain

Rainy days aren’t that bad. I’m not a big fan of endless pouring, but there’s something mystical and mysterious in those grey fall days.

So take some time out of your day, go to the window, close your eyes, and just listen.

Listen to the beautiful music of nature. A magical dance of the rain.

Let it take all of your worries away and help you become one with everything around you.

4. pick up the fallen leaves

Even if you are not a kid anymore, and you do not need the leaves for a school project. Collect them anyways.

Take your favorite ones and put them in a book or journal.

Write something significant on them and save for a good memory.



5. journal/make a collage

What I love the most about autumn, is that I can put on cozy clothes or blanket, turn on some music, make hot chocolate, and just spend hours on writing and drawing in my journal.

Time goes by so quickly because I genuinely love doing it.

Try that too sometimes if you haven’t. It is very relaxing and grounding. And also eases anxiety.

Do something crafty. Maybe fall-related things.

Embroider a shirt. Make a calendar. Paint something. Decorate your room.

I love baking! A lot! Especially muffins and banana bread with cinnamon.

This is really really lovely to do, especially in autumn.

Sit down and go through your New Year’s resolutions and goals you’ve set before.

9. take a nice park walk

If it’s no that bad outside, go for a nice walk.

With friends, a dog, alone – doesn’t matter. Just go outside and enjoy autumn.

Breathe in the chilly air, notice how the sun rays go through the trees, read a book on a bench.

10. random acts of kindness

Don’t hesitate to do something kind for yourself or others when you have a chance.

Spread good vibes, help the world lighten up a little bit.

You can do this by giving a thoughtful compliment, leaving a “have a nice day” note, sharing your food with someone, or just simply smiling to a stranger.

Be kind to yourself too. Listen to your body, what feels good and what doesn’t.

Listen to your heart. What feels good and what doesn’t.

Pay attention to your needs and be kinder to yourself a little bit more every day.

Get rid of all the unnecessary things from your life.

Declutter your phone, room, thoughts.

Turn over a new leaf in something.

Don’t let the excessive baggage slow you down with not important RAM.



12. start a gratitude list

Start being more grateful this autumn.

Why? Because it brings joy!

Gratitude is a very high-frequency emotion that lets you manifest with bigger ease!

Start by making a list of the things you appreciate every day.

Then notice every tiny thing around you and be grateful for it.

Be grateful for yourself, your family, abundance around you, the joy that can be easily restored at any moment!

There are so many things to be thankful for! Just look around and acknowledge them!
